Flexing our affordable

yet tasty Japanese dishes.

Hiromitsu Restaurant started its beginnings in the rural town of Pandi in the province of Bulacan, the Philippines in August 2015. It was a novel idea to set up a restaurant in a very rural location with very few businesses thriving and offered unusual dishes – Japanese food. This risky move has opened opportunities for other restaurateurs to open their own.

They offered a wide array of Japanese dishes on a premium quality menu from sushi, sashimi, rice bowls dishes, ramen, and other Korean-Japanese fusion food.

Customers loved their dining experience. Patrons from nearby municipalities frequently visited the restaurant which led to its popularity. TV shows and vloggers visited and advertised them.

However, the pandemic shook the world and halted business operations in 2020. To continue their service, they pivoted to set up their restaurant-at-home delivery service from March 2020 to October 2021. This has also provided local employment during the pandemic.

As the restrictions loosened and allowed businesses to operate, in October 2021, Hiromitsu started a new method by putting up a takeout store with a limited dining area.

Today, the business thrives to be one of the icons and landmarks of the town. A two-story restaurant that offers affordable Japanese dishes. These milestones paved way for their franchising business. As of August 2022, they have now 13 branches from Bulacan to NCR to CALABARZON areas.

Hiromitsu Restaurant continues to serve good food and strives to be of value to the community where they started their humble beginnings.
